48 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand that life happens and sometimes plans chance. To ensure the we can accommodate all of our clients and provide the best possible service, we require that any cancellations, changes or reschedules be made at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.
Cancellations, changes, or reschedules must be requested no later than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time.
If the appointment is canceled, changed, or rescheduled within the 48 hours of the appointment time, the full service fee (100%) will be charged.

LATE FEE DISCLAIMER
We ask that you arrive on time for your appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, a $30 late fee will be applied to your service (client must to be in the salon ready to be seated). We appreciate your understanding as it allows us to service all of our clients effectively.
NO-SHOW AND NO CALL POLICY
No show or no call appointments will result in the inability to book future appointments at the salon.
